Este error se produce por que el cod no puede leer el archivo principal de configuracion, esto se produce normalmente al descargarse determinados mods que se instalan en la carpeta maestra del cod en lugar de en una determinada para cada mod.

SOLUCION.

Hay 2 soluciones

a) Meterse en la carpeta uo C:\Program Files\Call of Duty united ofensive\uo, una vez ahi mirar los ultimos archivos descargados los que estan los ultimos en la carpeta y borrar los que empiezan por z. zz. zzz ejemplo (zz.mod.wep.pk), una vez hecho esto el juego deberia arrancar.

b) meterse en la carpeta main C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\Main, buscar el archivo config y renombrarlo al del normbre que nos da el error. Esto arranca el juego pero a mucha gente le borra la configuracion por lo que hay que volver a ponerla.
